HOW TO PACKAGE ITEMS WE MAIL TO ONLINE SHOPPERS.

How well we package what we ship is the main opportunity to impress online shoppers.

Please take your time and take great care.

You want the goods to arrive in perfect condition so the recipient is delighted and the customer shops with us again.

If you are not sure what to do, ask.

1. Bubble-wrap each item you are shipping.
2. Hand write a thank you card to be posted with the goods. Thank the customer for shopping with us. Include a business card.
3. If a plush item (s), place it (or them) carefully in a post bag(s) of the right size.
4. If it is a boxed item, these, once bubble wrapped, must be placed into a sturdy, fit for purpose, cardboard box, AND ONLY IN A CARDBOARD BOX.
5. Carefully print the recipient name and address on the package. Get someone else to double check that it is accurate. NOTE: the recipient name and address could be different to the customer name and address.
6. Follow the instructions in the email from newsXpress for entering post notification etc.
