Data.
Data is the starting point to turning any business situation around. Here is the data we will need from you before we start work on developing a plan for your consideration.
- Supplier Sales Analysis - 12 mths by Category / Dept Totals. Ex GST
- Invoice Arrivals Report - 12 mths by totals only. Ex GST
- Monthly sales comparison - comparing a year to a year with category box ticked.
- Ranked Sales Report - for a year, ranked on QTY.
- Ranked Sales Report #2 - for a year, ranged on QTY where you have no sales in six months but a QTY on hand > 0.
We take this data and make a number of calculations these including calculating ROI for all suppliers, also looking at the GP average, and the investment $$.
These reports help us to free up cash flow and help you see the importance of budgeting.
They are a starting point to understanding.
If you ask for our help, the above is the staring point of what we request,
We also need:
- A floor map showing departments so we can calculate % space allocation.
- Photos of each department for detail of placement.
- A photo of the outside of the business.
- A copy of the usual roster.
- Details of loans the business responsible.
- A current P&L if possible.
All of this is treated with the strictest confidence.
