Preface. The local website technology has been developed to give you own e-commerce voice online. We think this is essential if you are to better serve local online shoppers as well as shoppers who pass through your town and want to purchase from you again. The technology has been developed by Tower Systems for newsXpress members.

This advice is for your use of the newsXpress local website that you can run for your business. They are the terms and conditions between your business and newsXpress.

1. There is no cost for using the site / technology. However, it will only link to the Tower Systems POS software. Tower support will only be available if you are covered by Tower support.
2. The Tower Systems help desk is the support entry point. newsXpress is not providing technical support for this. Your RDM is not a tech support person for this.
3. Should you leave newsXpress, your site will be disabled.
4. What you sell is up to you as are the prices for what you sell. However, note that shoppers will expect prices of items to match our national sites for common items.
5. It is vital the site is maintained as it reflects your business and of newsXpress more broadly.
6. newsXpress will not provide content for the site.
7. There is an approval process at head office for items you add that have not been added by anyone previously. Allow several days for this process.
8. We reserve the right to refuse to support an item. This would only happen if we think the product is not compatible with our brand.
9. newsXpress reserves the right to turn your site off.
